Finding a common ground again.

When conversations end in arguments or important issues remain unaddressed, mediation can help foster a new sense of understanding. I support couples and families in understanding different perspectives, clarifying concerns, and developing their own solutions.

Whether you want to change how you live together, make a difficult decision, or navigate a separation: Together, we’ll figure out what you need and what next step is right for your situation.

Getting Back on the Same Page as a Couple

Some arguments keep coming up again and again: Who takes on which responsibilities? How much time do we have for each other? Which expectations and wishes are being neglected? Sometimes, a specific issue turns into an argument in which the actual concerns are barely discussed anymore.

In couples mediation, I’ll help you break these patterns and start listening to each other again. We’ll work out what’s important to each of you, where your differences lie, and what changes you’d like to agree on together.

You don’t need to know yet what the future holds for your relationship. Mediation provides a space to discuss different visions of your shared future and to clarify the next steps.

Going Our Separate Ways – Remaining Parents Together

A separation changes many things. Along with feelings of loss, disappointment, or anger, there are often very practical questions to consider: How will we organize our daily lives going forward? How will we arrange childcare, vacations, and drop-offs?

Through mediation, I’ll help you sort through these issues, understand each other’s different needs, and work together to develop sustainable agreements. This way, even after the separation, you can remain capable of functioning as parents and keep your children’s well-being at the center of your decisions.

Giving Children and Adolescents a Voice

Children and adolescents experience family conflicts from their own perspective. They have questions, wishes, and concerns that adults sometimes only partially recognize.

Together with you, I will determine whether and how your children can be involved in the mediation. Participation is voluntary and will be carefully prepared. We will discuss with the children which of their concerns may be shared with their parents.

Communication Across Borders

Today, families often live across national borders. International family situations raise unique questions—such as those related to relocation, establishing visitation arrangements, or differing legal and cultural frameworks.

I support you in international family mediations to foster understanding—even across language and geographical barriers. Mediation can help develop sustainable solutions that meet the needs of all family members.
